A former deputy senate president, Alh Ibrahim Nasiru Mantu is dead.
Aged 74, he died in the early hours of Tuesday in Abuja following a brief illness, family sources told TheIdeal.
He is survived by his wife Hajiya zuwaira Mantu, and 4 children Musa Mantu, Umar Mantu, Zainab Mantu and Zara Mantu.
The burial will take place today by 2pm in Abuja.
