Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has signed the Anti-Open Grazing bill into law.
The law will prohibit the open grazing and trespass of cattle and for other connected purposes.
TheIdeal recalls that the state House of Assembly passed the bill on September 9 after the bill scaled the second reading and later went through a public hearing.
