The lady in the eye of the Ibom Air incident, Comfort Emmanson, has received two job offers minutes after she was discharged and acquitted by the court on Wednesday.
The Eagle Online recalls that Emmanson was ordered remanded in Kirikiri Correctional Centre after she was arraigned by the Nigeria Police Force on Monday.
However, reprieve came her way in the early hours of Wednesday when the Federal Government ordered Ibom Air, which reported the matter to the police, to withdraw the case.
This was promptly done and she was discharged and acquitted by a Magistrates Court sitting in the Ogba area of Lagos State.
Not long after Emmanson’s acquittal, the Ossai Ovie Success, the Senior Special Assistant on Media to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State, offered her a job and a visit to the state.
Success, in a post on his social media handles, wrote: “I’m offering Comfort Emmanson a complimentary trip to Delta State, known as the Big Heart and Home of Global Tourism Hub.
“Additionally, a job opportunity with a monthly salary of N500,000 has been secured for her in Delta State.
“All expenses, including flight tickets, accommodation in a five star hotel, and tour costs, will be fully covered.
“Also a ticket to attend Delta Social Media Summit coming up August 28th in Asaba.
“I’d like to extend an invitation for her to visit Delta State and unwind after her release from Kirikiri prison.
“If you’re in touch with her, please ask her to DM me.
“She won’t be disappointed as I will be giving her good time.”
Also shortly after Emmanson’s release, she was offered a movie role by a Nollywood producer, Zeb Ejiro.
The popular producer offered her the role via a post on his social media handle.
Ejiro wrote: “Comfort Emmanson to be given a lead role in my next movie.”
