…Ozigbo, Andy Uba trail APGA candidate

The candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Prof Cukwuma Charles Soludo, on Sunday afternoon, extended his comfortable lead as the Independent National Electoral Commissiion (INEC) continued the announcement of results of Saturday’s governorship election in Anambra State.

In the results announced by the INEC before its afternoon break, Soludo won 11 out 21 local government areas where votes were cast on Saturday while the rest are still under contest.

Incidentally, Mr. Valentine Ozigbo of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Senator Andy Uba of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) are still trailing the APGA candidate for the second position.
