A non-governmental organisation (NGO), Being Human Foundation for the Less Privileged (BHFLP), has empowers less privileged individuals and communities in Abuja.
The groundbreaking initiative to empower underprivileged individuals and communities in Nigeria was held at the National Mosque Multipurpose Hall, Abuja on February 7, 2025.
It is important to note that the event was attended by dignitaries, royal fathers, philanthropists and Nigerians from different walks of life.
Speaking at the event, the Founder/Executive Director of BHFLP, Engr. Dr Kahdija Ibrahim, emphasized the organization’s mission to provide a platform for the less privileged to thrive.
Engr Ibrahim further expressed her gratitude to Almighty Allah, her family, and loved ones for their unwavering support.
The event also witnessed the presence of Emir of Kano , HRH Aminu Ado Bayero, the Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar CFR, who donated the National Mosque Multipurpose Hall for the event, who was represented at the event by Sadaukin Sokoto,
Former First Lady of Kebbi State and Chairperson/Executive Director of Mallpai Foundation, Dr Aisha Atiku Bagudu, also graced the event as the mother of the day.
It is instructive to note that the event was a resounding success, graced by an impressive array of other dignitaries. The guest list included renowned Islamic scholar Shaykh Khalid Yasin from the USA, known for his thought-provoking lectures on Islam and his ability to clarify misconceptions about faith and humanity.
Other esteemed guests included the former Governor of Niger State, Dr. Muazu Babangida Aliyu.
The event also welcomed the Grand Mufti of Ilorin, Dr. Onoja; Principal of PTI, Mallami Ubandoma, Hon.Shamsudeen Sani, Dr. Sadiq Suleiman Abdullahi, Coordinating Trustee of Bilaad Development Trust. ED One17 Capital Limited, Alhaji Abdullahi Umar, Engr Ibrahim Usman, President of Nigeria Saudi Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, Professor Musa Kundiri who represented Dr Mohammed Kyari Dikwa and many other guests.
The presence of these distinguished guests underscored the importance of BHFLP’s mission to empower underprivileged individuals and communities.
BHFLP’s focus areas include feeding, education, healthcare, economic empowerment, backyard farming/garden, and social welfare.
The organization aims to create a ripple effect of kindness and generosity, ultimately making a positive impact in the lives of those they serve.
