Justice Bello Kawu of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Abuja has vacated an injunction stopping the All Progressives Congress (APC) from holding its National Convention in Abuja.
The ruling APC has fixed March 26 for its national convention in Abuja.
Vacating the injunction in his verdict on Friday, Justice Kawu held that a political party cannot be sued by a member.
