President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday at the Presidential Villa, held a close door meeting with former Lagos State governor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
The meeting is still ongoing and no reason has been given for the visit of the APC Chieftain to the Villa.
The meeting is coming on the heels of fresh disagreements among leaders of the ruling party threatening the conduct of the long-awaited National Convention.
TheIdeal reports that the former Lagos governor rarely visits the Villa.
He has been touted as nursing the ambition to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.
