The much-anticipated judgement of the Presidential Election Petitions Court (PEPC) will be delivered on Wednesday, September 6 at the Court of Appeal Headquarters Abuja.
The Registrar of the Court of Appeal, Umar Bangari, confirmed the development to Channels Television on Monday, saying that the proceedings of the verdict will be open to live broadcast by interested television stations.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar; the Labour Party (LP) and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), had petitioned the Presidential Tribunal, seeking to nullify the election of President Bola Tinubu as the winner of the 2023 presidential election.
Judgement is also expected to be delivered by election tribunals in 25 states for governorship, National Assembly, and state assembly election petitions.
