Gombe State Governor and Chairman, Nothern States Governors’ Forum, Alhaji Inuwa Yahaya, has paid a courtesy visit to the National Security Adviser, (NSA), Malam Nuhu Ribadu in his office in Abuja.
Accompanied by the Federal Commissioner at the Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), Malam Muhammad Kukandaka, the Gombe Governor extended the goodwill, solidarity and best wishes of not only the government and people of Gombe State, but the entire Northern Region.

Governor Inuwa also commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing Ribadu to man such a strategic position, especially at this critical time.
He described his appointment as a ’round peg in a round hole’, expressing confidence that as a retired police chief and pioneer Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) with sound legal, security, anti-corruption and political backgrounds, Ribadu has all it takes to coordinate the activities of the security chiefs and foster inter- agency synergy to guarantee the peace and stability of the country.
