Katsina State Governor Dikko Umaru Radda has received dignitaries and sympathizers at his country home in Radda Village, following the passing of his mother, Hajiya Safara’u Umaru Radda, who died on Saturday.
The dignitaries included the Deputy Governor, Malam Faruk Lawal Jobe, State House of Assembly Speaker, Hon. Nasir Yahya Daura, and Secretary to the State Government, Bar Abdullahi Garba Faskari leading the official condolence delegation.
Top political leaders who paid condolence visit include Yobe State Deputy Governor, Idi Barde Gubana, federal lawmakers: Hon. Salisu Yusuf Majigiri from Mashi/Dutsi federal constituency Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmed,Matazu/Musawa federal Constituency and Hon. Sada Soli Jibia from Jibia/Kaita federal constituency.
Others dignitaries at the Katsina Governor’s country include former DSS Boss and Sardaunan Katsina Alhaji Ahmed Rufa’i and former State Government Secretary Dr. Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa, APC State Chairman, Alhaji Sani Aliyu Daura, local government chairmen, and traditional rulers who paid their respects to the grieving governor.
