The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has affirmed the re-election of Adamawa state governor, Ahmadu Fintiri.
In the judgement, the court, Monday, stamped Fintiri’s, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate as the duly elected governor of the state after dismissing the case brought by his closest challenger, Senator Aisha Dahiru Binani of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
