Three 40-foot containers on Friday fell off articulated vehicles at different locations in Lagos. But no casualty was recorded in any of the three incidents.
The accidents occurred at Ikeja Underbridge, Mile 12 and Ojuelegba respectively.
Reacting to one of the incidents, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, tweeted, “#Ojuelegba #RoadIncident A 40ft container fell off a trailer on Ojuelegba bridge inward Stadium blocking the entire main carriage way now. Diversion in progress thru the Ojuelegba service lanes.
