A socio-political group, the PBAT Door-2-Door Movement, has declared its readiness to mobilise 10 million votes in support of President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.

The group made the pledge during an event in Abuja to mark Democracy Day.

Addressing journalists, the Protem National Coordinator of the movement, Comrade Sunday Adekanbi, said the initiative is aimed at consolidating the gains of the Tinubu administration and sustaining national development.

He said, “In just two years, President Tinubu has demonstrated unparalleled vision, courage, and resolve, positioning Nigeria as a global economic powerhouse and a beacon of democratic governance.

He explained that the PBAT Door-2-Door Movement, under the Grand Patronage of High Chief (Dr.) Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, is set to launch a grassroots campaign to drum up support for the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

According to Adekanbi, the nationwide campaign will involve strategic engagement with political stakeholders, traditional rulers, community leaders, and the electorate across all geopolitical zones.

“Tompolo will lead this movement from the front — engaging ward by ward, street by street, and door by door — to ensure President Tinubu’s vision for a prosperous Nigeria is clearly understood and widely accepted,” he said.

He described Tompolo’s involvement as a unifying force for the campaign, noting that his belief in President Tinubu’s leadership is rooted in the President’s legacy as former Lagos State Governor and his ongoing reforms as Commander-in-Chief.

Adekanbi further noted that the movement would help counter misinformation, promote inclusive governance, and build public confidence in the administration’s transformative policies.

“The PBAT Door-2-Door Movement believes that real change begins at the grassroots. We are committed to building a strong and responsive support base to return President Tinubu to office in 2027 with at least 10 million votes,” he added.

The group called on Nigerians from all walks of life to join the movement, stating that sustained unity and civic participation are vital to securing a more prosperous and globally respected Nigeria.
