The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has disclosed that it will prosecute errant Nigeria Air Force (NAF) officers after conclusion of investigation, following their alleged involvement in internet-related activities.

The EFCC’s Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale, stated this in a statement made available on Saturday while given update on the release of NAF officers by the commission.

According to Oyewale, the NAF personnel, who were released on administrative bail by the Kaduna Zonal Command of the EFCC on Friday, will be charged to court at the conclusion of the ongoing investigation.

The statement reads in part, “The officers were released to their Service in strict adherence to the bail procedures of the Commission.

“The Commission reiterates the fact that no one is above the law and the due process will be followed in bringing the case to a conclusion.”
