The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the election of Siminalayi Fubara of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the authentic Rivers State Governor.
Delivering the judgement of the five-member panel of the apex court, Justice of the Supreme Court (JSC), Justice Ibrahim Saulawa, also dismissed the appeal by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its governorship candidate, Tonye Cole.
