Popular Comedian, Okechukwu Anthony Onyegbule (aka Okey Bakassi) has explained why he is supporting the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr Peter Obi, ahead of the 2023 general elections.
Okey Bakassi also disclosed that it is not his intention to see the presidential candidates of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and that of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, to fail, saying that his only desire is to see a working Nigeria.
According to him, he will vote for Obi so that Nigeria can be fixed.
Okey Bakassi then said, ‘When that happens, ‘Buhari and Tinubu won’t be going to London for medical treatment and Atiku won’t live in Dubai.
“I don’t want Atiku or Tinubu to fail, I just want Nigeria to succeed. I’ll support and vote for @PeterObi to fix Nigeria, so in their very old age, Buhari & Tinubu won’t be going to London for medical treatment and Atiku won’t live in Dubai. #saveNigeria.”
